Devolution Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa and Central Organization of Trade Union (COTU) Secretary General Francis Atwoli on Wednesday visited retired president Daniel Moi at his home in Kabarak.

According to the reports from the office of former president, the talks between the leaders revolved around national unity and making social and economic progress in the country.

COTU boss lauded Mzee Moi for his calmness and being sensitive to issues affecting Kenyans, adding that the union members are impressed by his support.

Also in attendance was Tiaty legislator William Kamket.

The visit comes after the COTU boss ignited the referendum debate when he came out public with a call for the constitutional amendments to scale down the government expenditure.

  • Today, I went to the beachfront with my children. I found a sea shell and gave
it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and
screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is entirely off topic but I had to tell someone!

  • Superb post but I was wondering if you could write a litte more
on this subject? I’d be very grateful if you could elaborate a little bit more.

    Kudos!
