Kalonzo’s Wiper names ‘Prezzo’ as candidate for Kibra by-election

Musician Jackson Makini popularly known as Prezzo has been unveiled by former Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka to vie for Kibra parliamentary seat on a wiper party ticket. 
Kalonzo the Wiper party leader made the announcement on Tuesday at the Party Headquarters on Tuesday afternoon.
The decision was arrived at following a party National Executive Council meeting held atWiper House in Karen, Nairobi. 
The NEC meeting began shortly after 10am was graced by among others Kalonzo, chairman Ali Chirau Mwakwere, Secretary General Judith Sijeny, Embakasi MP Julius Musili Mawathe among others.
The NEC meeting was meant to address internal party members, but Prezo joined them accompanied by a group of youths and declared that he was joining the party.
It was soon after consultations that he was endorsed as a life member of the party and given a go ahead to contest Kibra seat.
He will battle it out with Jubilee’s candidate McDonald Mariga, ANC’s Eliud Owallo & Ford K’s Khamisi Butichi in the 7th Nov by election among other candidates.
